HURINET-U hosts a number of Coalitions and Campaigns under its different program projects. the members of these coalitions are not necessarily HURINET-U members but cut across all civil society organisations that are like-minded as far as each coalition theme is concerned.

The coalitions include among others;

The Economic, Social, and Cultural Rights Coalition (ESCR)

The Coalition for the freedom of Information (COFI)

The Police Reform Coalition

The law Reform coalition

Uganda Coalition for the International Criminal Court (UCICC)
